IdCMA Winter Conference
The Idaho City/County Management Associations has put together a tremendous program that meets the training needs expressed by the membership in our survey last summer. Caryn Tilton, Owner of Caryn Tilton Consulting, has been consulting since 1984 providing programs and supporting services in management consulting, organization development, and employee training. Jen and I have spent considerable time interviewing Caryn and she is a tremendous resource, having provided services to many cities, including small and medium sized cities, in Oregon and Washington. She is able to provide training on the complete process of policy-setting through performance management. Caryn will be presenting her program on System Integration for municipalities. The attached more fully outlines the program and deliverables she will be sharing with us at the event.
We are excited to have Caryn and also look forward to working with Dave Childs, City Manager of Palmdale California and ICMA Past President. Dave will be facilitating a session on ethics on Tuesday, January 29th and will also update everyone on what is going on in ICMA.
As most of you know, this meeting is coupled with the AIC’s City Officials Day at the Capitol in Boise. The IdCMA conference will be held at The Grove Hotel in Boise on January 29th & 30th . Please review the
agenda for the conference.
